I had, yet again, a tuna salad, then grapes and strawberries.

For dinner I had a huge hotdog from Costco. On a crusty finger roll with ketchup. No chips or anything and counted into my Weightwatcher points

Picked up from Aldi's, Marinated Chicken breasts with Mediterean vegetables, so cooking that with Roast Potatoes, Baked Onions, Peas & Swede.

Lunch was baked potato with coronation chicken and salad.

Dinner will be fish, oven chips, peas with tartare sauce

I'm not sure what I'll be having. It all depends on what I can manage to cook with one hand .... I broke my wrist last week and until a friend brought me some extra long matches couldn't light the gas hob! Ah well ... all these things come to try us!
