Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Yesterday evening we had pan-fried Trout fillets with mash and minted peas - followed by bread & butter pudding and ice cream - mmmmmmmmm.

Got some friends coming for dinner today, so we're having a full roast!

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Today I had the Mother-in-Law for lunch, we had a Chicken Roast dinner with all the trimmings, and this evening I made a Chicken & Noodle soup, and a bit of french stick.

The wife and I have just finished a late tea of ham shank and vegetable soup then a beef roast with all the trimmings.

Waiting for wifey to come home from work so she can put on a nice beef curry.

I've already made the soup AND some sticky toffee pudding to have with double cream so I think I deserve to watch somebody else do one course of the meal.
