Good morning all. Dull and Grey here in Shropshire.

Just had a dish of Crunchie Nut Cornflakes, Toast and Marmalade and 2 mugs of tea, so ready to face the day and several members of family descending for dinner at 3 pm.

My daughter live in Shropshire, in Shrewsbury. She is very well known there as one of the leading yoga instructors in the town.
