This is a good site for viewing live ISS streaming - when it is available.
It depends on when NASA actually transmit the crews activities - sometimes it is active, others not.
When you get to this site, just scroll down to the second level of pictures, and start it off. On this site, you can go to full-screen, and with sound.
The picture is of the inside of one of the modules with a control laptop in the top-left.
It is a live feed - it's just that there's nobody working there right now.
I do know that they are fitting up an extra light in the Cupola. From time to time, they have to return to this module to make an electrical connection.
Knowing my luck, probably one very patient man.
