Thats the trouble ...just because we think it doesnt mean we have to act on it...
Humankind is just too stupid and one day they will think of something that will wipe us all out(apart from nuclear bombs)im talking some kind of technology ...sooner rather than later I believe!
I like the bit about the possibility of connecting some device to the brain so you don't have to remember everything or do calculations.
That could potentially be something which would be of beneficial to the forgetful elderly like me
It would be lovely to be able to store my thoughts and access them later too instead of having to write them down

I think it is only a matter of time before our memory (and intellect) is expanded ten or even 100 fold. Not through technology either, but probably though our mastering of genetics.
