I don't know about anybody else but this picture of a burger on the BBC news this morning just made me want to rush out and have a Mcdonalds for for my lunch... Totally opposite to what the article is supposed to do....
I don't see how a burger is junk food, it should be made of proper beef or lamb with a lot of salad in it & inside a good quality bun.
Are they saying no meat, no salad & no bread? Seems daft to me.
I love burgers, any type.
A good burgher has nothing but pure ground beef, fresh salad and optional egg, pineapple, cheese etc. It is not junk food if its made with frrsh ingredients. Sorry.Maccas is ok once in a while. But it is what it is.
