I would like to know if anyone can recommend a good accurate pedometer.
I have an app on my phone but it's not accurate and tells me I be done more steps than I have. I.m still in bed playing on my phone and the app tells me I.ve done 16 steps today already. I must be a bed walker ?
I can't afford a Fitbit so looking for a reasonable priced pedometer.
Hi LC I have a simple pedometer that hangs around my neck on a lanyard or clips to a belt. It cost me about £15 a few years ago and is still working well.
Mine is by Nakosite and is a bit like these...
My son keeps saying I should get one of these fitbit type things that would monitor my heart but to be honest if I wore one I would end up panicking every time it gave me different readings
