i was born in 55, so it was the late 60s for me. but i do remember when we moved into london when i was 9 i was told to keep away from the teddyboys lolbut late 60s i had mini-skirts. anyone remember mary quant. and twiggy when she was a model. my god she has aged really well
when it was the start of the 70s it was coffee bars and rockers. i liked the rockers. (maybe thats why i married a biker)
oh and all the old bikes. google Battlesbridge bike museum.1 of my neighbours has about 6 or 7 old bikes. (i have asked him to adopt me )

I didn't have a walkman till the 80-'s but in the 60's I had what I think was called a Dynatron it was a battery powered record player that was on a strap that hung around your neck and you used to slot records into it , it wasn't very light and you also had to carry a bag of records around with you I forgot I also loved Cliff Richard at that time too ...Sorry Cathy I was a Mod...
