Wow! Looks like I'm the one on here:
Centrum Silver for Women multivitamin - 1 daily
Vitamin C - 500 mg once daily unless I feel a cold coming on, then 2
Calcium with Vitamin D 600 mg - 1 daily, prevent bone loss
Trigosamine (glucosamine, chrondroitin, hyaluronate) - 3 daily with meals for my arthritis
Psyllium Husks - 3 daily with meals - fiber
Omega 3 Fish Oil - 1 any day I'm not having fish
Aspirin, 325 mg - 1 daily, prevent stroke/heart attack
Probiotic - occasionally
I don't know if it's because of or despite them, but I'm incredibly healthy; rarely if ever sick!
