Great pictures Mr Oy ... 😂 thank goodness you didn't spot my son dressed in Lycra on one of the floats ... he'd be in big trouble if he ever did that 😈😂😂😂😂

It appears to be a short length of braided rope.

Maybe pooch's favourite chew toy?

Thanks Mr Oy. Like you say, it must be his favourite toy... flummoxed me trying to work out what it was.
