I just like playing about, mind you I will have to learn to be a lot better at taking pictures of daft objects to play about with. I cannot afford to pay for the best ones so I struggle to find free hi-resolution images that you need to use.

Sometimes the finished ones look ok on my screen but when reduced for the web they look err .............crap.

The box brownie does not seem to cut it these days so I will have to go in search of a very, very modestly priced machine to capture good, close-ups of the obscure but small objects I need. As I said before, my aspirations of ever being able to capture quality images of the kind expertly produced by everyone on here is as remote as England winning the world cup again and that is by any stretch ....remote.

Hammer, why don't you just increase the resolution in Photoshop?

Thank you so much Pip, it is the only way I can keep the processes working and by repeating them ad nauseam. Of course having the attention span of a goldfish is not helpful.
