Freshly baked Bread
Ingredients
2 cups wheat cake flour
1 level teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
half a packet dry yeast - 5 grams
1 tablespoon oil (Canola)
1/2 cup Lukewarm water (approximately)
Method
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and mix in with a fork. Add lukewarm water and mix until you have a firm dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
Leave to rise under a damp teatowel until double in size.
Knock down and knead again and place in a buttered bread tin. Leave to rise until double in size.
Bake in a medium oven 180 degrees for 40 minutes until done.
Quantity makes one small loaf.
