She wasn't "cackling".
She spoke quite calmly without raising her voice.

She was asked to leave, which she did without protest. To say "thrown out" doesn't quite paint an accurate picture.
Her crime was not as general as "insulting" the Prime Minister, but specifically calling him a liar, which is specifically against the rules of the house. It was proper for her to be asked to leave, even though her claim about the Prime Minister was accurate.

It came across as neither petulant nor a rant; she said what she had to say in a calm reasonable fashion. Although most of what she said probably contained substantially more spin than truth, the tendency to do that is pretty much standard practice throughout the House of Commons, and throughout politics in general, and certainly not exclusive to "the left".

I dare say she is a political light weight; I have certainly never heard of her. She didn't come across as a half wit, though. I got the impression that she was significantly more intelligent than, say, you are, Bread.
As usual, Bread, your representation of the situation bears very little resemblance to the facts or truth of the matter.
