Rocket break through

The Mercury rocket can now go up into space and turn around
returning to earth again and land upright intact.

I know, I know .. I'm going to sound a right killjoy here but did they manage to control where it landed back on Earth?

We're used to chunks of space debris which have broken up or burnt up whilst coming through the atmosphere. Reusable rockets .... fritten me.

It took off from the launch pad put the satellites in orbit and returned to the landing pad.
