I had Weiner Schnitzel (veal in breadcrumbs) when in Germany many years ago. Although a little apprehensive, I quite enjoyed it.
I probably would buy it, but seeing as I'm going down the vegetarian route at the moment, it won't be for a while.
Veal is the primary meat used in Wiener Schnitzel, but they also use pork as well, depending on the season of the year. I enjoyed both, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy veal.
I always buy Alpro Light as it isn't as rich as the plain Alpro. It didn't take more than a few days for me to get used to the taste, yet Rice milk was definitely a no-no for me!
My grandchilren always have it when they visit and they have never turned their noses up at it!
never tried rice milk though, think I'll give it a go
Hi Marian,
I use it because I have to but have got quite used to it now.
I use Rice Dream Original Organic which you can get in any supermarket, they also do a, plus Calcium & Vitamins version so you dont miss out.
I think they do a couple of other flavours like chocolate but not certain.
