(serves 2)
2 cod fillets, 2 dl cream, lemon-flavoured pepper, white wine (1 glass), oil/butter
Generously cover the cod fillets with lemon-flavoured pepper and fry in a medium hot pan with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil until they are golden/brown on both sides. Remove the fillets from the pan and add cream and white wine. Cook until the sauce is reduced to half. Salt to taste.
Serve with boiled potatoes or rice and preferred vegs. Steamed broccoli & carrots goes well with this dish.
