It was for example covered in a similar manner back in July last year by the CSIS (that's Centre for Strategic & International Studies) who said this:
"If Russia did have a role in tipping the 2016 Brexit referendum, the report asserts that it was not through direct involvement in the voting process, which, in the United Kingdom, is done entirely with paper and considered very hard to corrupt."

Just as with your blurb this contains nothing of note.
Face it: the chances of proving interference and what effect it might have had are nigh-on impossible and a far larger number of other things will have had much more real influence.
Like how ruddy useless the EU are, for example.
And when the content is encouraged by rabid supporters of the EU the credence diminishes further.
