Re: Over 50s Club Manchester/Cheshire
Hello all, we had a fashion show last night a few of the passengers - male and female were models ,using clothes and accessories available to buy in the shop on board ship, it was very good.
Today we have another day at sea, and weather wise has been one of the nicest days, the air temperature was given as being 24C at midday, the sea is very calm too and not much wind.
We did line dancing this morning, followed by bean bag boules, and then deck quoits, daily sudoku and crossword to do in between with a sit outside.
This afternoon we went to the ballroom dance lesson, came back to the cabin to change again, and felt more like having a lie down with a read and snooze, wasn't too interested in afternoon game of short tennis anyway, but Brian went.
Think a lot of people were feeling tired yesterday, I find sleep at night is like at home sometimes better than others.
Having afternoon tea, cup of tea part anyway, while I catch up on laptop.
Got another formal night tonight, and they are celebrating Trafalgar day, so have decorated the dining rooms in red, white and blue, with small union jacks too.
We still have just over a week to go, expect it will fly by now.
