Making a bacon potato and onion pie.

Having a cheese sandwich and packet of crisps myself.

Defrosting some pork steaks and I have a pot of Asda's cider and apple (with mustard and cream) sauce to pour over. Shall cook only 1 though pack contains 2. Will do the other one tomorrow.

And will just boil some potato, carrot, peas and broccoli to go with.

I must be the odd one out as I had vegan cheese and veggies with soya mince

My supper was nice so as I only used half the pot of sauce shall do the same meal tomorrow. A lot of washing up though (still waiting to be done!)

Nothing exciting today - Cornish Pasty, new pots, and beans.

Today we are having:

Chicken Breasts, homemade oven Chips and Mixed Peppers/Onions/Mushrooms.

Slow roasted Pork Shanks with boulangere potatoes and carrots, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.
Rice-puddin' made with fresh double cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Crackers with cherry tomato and shallot chutney and cheese for lunch....meal in the local pub this evening with a friend
