Clearing out the big freezer ready for my trips away.

Tonight is pigeon breasts and tomorrow roasting a big pork leg joint.

To make up for the lack of calories yesterday darlin', might I suggest an 'Ulster fry' - sausages, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, tomatoes, potato bread & Soda bread.
