Why bother having the term "illegal immigrants" if we have no ability to reject them?
As I have said before, they are not our responsibility so if they cannot prove their nationality, we should stop them coming on to UK land.
This thread isn't about migration but yere have already been some changes and IIRC more are planned.
For example: there is quite a list whereby a potential assylum-seeker can have any claim to assylum inadmissible including for example (but not limited to) being aided ashore or passing through a safe country before trying to claim here.
New legislation also makes it mandatory to provide all details when applying so that further legal arguments after then are disallowed.
