Shopping trollies have always been seen as a bit of a joke really and I could never see myself using one. Mind you, I never thought I would 'pop round the shop' in my slippers either.

Definitely not, I would never ever ever use one.

Mind you she says that now but you never know what will happen in 10 years time, I might be glad of one. But then I will be 70.

Things change don't they. As we get older we are not so bothered about image and become more practical.

I am currently sitting here wearing swimming shorts because I wore my proper shorts when decorating and got paint all over them.

In fact, I have four pairs of shorts with paint all over them.

Why would the Ladies on here need a Shopping Trolley, they are all of sufficient means to take a Taxi to Aldi.

Its not the 'going to' that is the problem, its the 'coming from' that is, and in many instances women need one of these to carry it all.

Not many taxi firms are able to comply with such demands.

Nope, No Way, Never, would I ever use one of those trollys. My mother used one for many years and was a total menace with it. I loathe them..

Re: Does Pushing A Shopping Trolley, Ruin Your 'Street Cred'?

My Wife goes shopping once a month about 3/4 hour down the road with a load of other ladies and a couple of men on a coach now she takes a suit case with here to lug all the stuff from the high street and Morrisons back to the coach and then through customs

Not quite the tartan trolly but saves carring through the boarder
