Actually Article 50 states the EU is obliged to offer a WITHDRAWAL deal so let's have the truth not your weasel worded rhetoric.
By its very definition a WITHDRAWAL Deal should be a deal that sees the member state actually Withdraw from the EU.
Currently the EU has not offered any such deal to the UK which imho puts it in breach of the Treaty.
The only deal offered is one that sees the UK remain in the EU, in the Customs Union, under the control of the ECJ and on an indefinite basis.
The EU are in breach of the treaty.

Let's be clear the UK people did not sign up to the Lisbon Treaty and all the BS that comes with it. The UK people were given no choice, given no vote, no referendum of it.
Nor on the treaties that came before it.
You may choose to wax lyrical about the parliamentary system at this point citing that parliament is sovereign and that we the people vote in the government and must therefore accept what they do.
The fallacy with that argument is that we have a long standing Constitution which the UK people expect parliament to abide by in all their dealing.
That Constitution expressly forbids the move of the UK into the control of a foreign power.
Therefore whatever has been previously signed is simply illegal, void and unconstitutional.
The Lisbon and other Treaties should simply be repealed instantly because they are totally unlawful in this country.
Corrupt politicians pushing those treaties through behind closed doors does not make them any more legal.
Thus the UK has no legal place as a member state of the EU other than as a trading partner. These 3 years of wrangling are just Billy BS nonsense being carried out by the same corrupt EU serving politicians acting fraudulently.
Parliament should just repeal the Treaties.
What has been signed has been signed by fraudsters.
If you buy a car from a chap down the pub and the car turns out to be stolen, I'm afraid you lose out. Doesn't matter what you paid for the car, it isn't yours, and never was and your money is gone. Your issue is with the man who fraudulently sold it to you. not with the car's real owner.
Similarly with the Lisbon Treaty. The UK people never ever signed up to it and know that it is a totally fraudulent agreement and that our British Constitution expressly forbids the things it sets out.
It is therefore wholly invalid.
The EU can not therefore come crying to the UK for £39bn.
It's issue is directly with the fraudulent individuals who they engaged with in that contract, not with the UK. They will therefore have to go talk to Tony B
Liar and co to get their money back.
Its time to put an end to all this nonsense.
The EU Treaties are simply unlawful and unconstitutional.
They must be repealed and we should simply walk away from the EU as a result.
