Lunch was a tuna salad.

We had Salmon Salad today.

Well you know the saying, 'though I say it myself, I shouldn't'...cooked a mean liver and bacon meal from scratch and it was quite nice. Did boiled potatoes, carrot, greens, and some peas and broad beans picked from the allotment today.

Tomorrow shall do mash instead of boiled.

Made up a gravy with granules, chucked in a few dried onions, and poured it over the liver and bacon, cooked it slow then upped it, and voila, a nice meal.

Tuna salad. Then grapes and strawberries for lunch.

Dinner was in Wetherspoons. Chicken and pepper kebabs with piri piri sauce and salad.

Beans on toast today then a banana - am trying to be good cos I have recently binged a bit on the wrong food!!!
