I have not. My field is industrial power electronics. I can claim, with reasonable confidence after 50 years in the field, that I do know quite a lot about it. All? Not remotely.

Yes. Proving that the square root of 2 can't be expressed as a rational number. It is most often shown as a proof by contradiction by first assuming that it can be expressed as a fraction like a/b. A finite ratio.

That's a negative in your field of work,Besoker.

Lots of things out there that can't be proved.
