Thanks anyway Gravitas but neither of those links reflects the seriousness of the situation I found myself in. All was out of my control and other than just walking away, which means losing everything including my adult offspring and now also grandchildren, there is no answer. It's called 'life' and sometimes some of us get sh*t upon. The law backs the other person totally giving no legal rights to the innocent party, so allowing this to happen.

Yes, they wouldn't be a perfect fit for everyone.
