Written Polish?

How can anyone speak a word without any vowels?

I can empathise with that, I have tried Mandarin with my Chinese friend and even though I am reading it from Google translate she still can't understand it. I have to tell her what a poor linguist she is.

The only language I was any good at was Latin and over the last 55 years it has proved to be of very limited use.

As an ex pat I find English works very well here though I am very familiar with Strine.
