Well we have been using hand wipes for years and its not done us any harm, more harm would be if you picked up a bug from not cleaning.

When people basically say I have eaten dirt for years and I am still here I always wonder how many more might be here if they hadn't eaten it.

Likely so, I don't like chemicals myself and the hand gels always give me dermatitis so I avoid them a good bar or bottle of soap and water for hands is best IMO and a little detergent and water for dishes and cutlery.
