insert very large cork - with super glue !

Might make the beast's eyes bulge but far better for the rest of us.

The one that annoys me is , poop then scoop then loop around the nearest bush or fence. They have done the hard work so why not bin it. I want to rub the owners noses of the mobile crap factories in the contents.

I cant see the point of that if anything its worse.

That gets me fuming too, at the top of our road is a poo bin, the bags of poo are hanging on the bushes opposite that bin & it's just a few steps away.
If they just threw the poo into the bushes off the path it would decompose naturally, it can't in those bags.
