Does any-one know of any organic dog food, and can you wet complete dog food. Phoebe has hardly any teeth now as she had 14 out after we got her( she was a kennel breeding bitch and wasnt looked after,her teeth were dreadful and the rest of her to be honest)At the moment she is on diet food by the vets as she had Pancriatitus. She can have Chappie but she doesnt like it and it makes her fat.Her diet food is Hills prescription diet W/D.just wondering really.

yes it is, I would rather she had an all in one food but its hard, thats why I asked about wetting the food, she isnt supposed to have fat.
