What did you have from the takeaway, lass? I can never eat a full takeaway from the Indian as it's always too much for me, but I do like to sample different dishes. I can always freeze me left-overs.

I had chicken tikka with pilau rice that came with a portion of salad and raita and chapati. I only ate 1/4 of the rice, they give you so much, especially when your stomach has shrunk a little.

I do love chicken tikka, and I make my own regularly but, when I make mine, I have a madras sauce with it. Can't eat dry food. They always give too much rice. Love raita (which I also make myself) but have never been keen on naan bread or chapati as it's too filling. Glad you enjoyed what you had though.
