I remember the first time I slept in the same bed as a girl, she moved in the night and scared the life out of me.

I used to sleep well and fit. Then the kids came along so I slept lightly so as to hear them if they got up. That was so long ago.
I was single again, slept soundly, married again, and now been single so long. I love my bed, nestle in about 11 pm, read a bit, sleep after light is off for 2 minutes, and sleep the night through until morning . A good 8 or 9 hours works for me since retiring.

I love my life. No worries, no more.....

My sleep pattern changed when I reached the age if 50. I put it down to hormones.

I've never slept well since.
