Some would scoff at this gene therapy business and anti-ageing treatments, and believe most of our health is in our own hands.

The Indian way of Yoga believes it will help us to make our own health choices by giving us clear, comprehensive, straight-forward and encouraging information and advice about methods to improve our health naturally.

They say more and more people are taking greater responsibility for their own health, rather than relying on a doctor to step in with a cure when something goes wrong.

They believe Yoga is the foundation of disease-free living and a complete medical science. They say it will help overcome obstacles and limitations and help us to remain in the best of health for 100 years.
Their way of Yoga is not the same as most English teach it though.

I do personally happen to know two Indian ladies who are coming up 90, and can still do all the exercises and breathing techniques they have always done - I've watched them.
They can put some young 'uns to shame.
