Chocolate coated raisins, or Lindt chocolate bar, I can't imagine how it happens but mr tesco delivers one of those each Tuesday, and no one else here likes it

I used to have a penchant for very strong coffee but unbeknown to me it was making me hyper. On top of that I was on pins all the time when sleeping and the slightest noise would wake me. I couldn't believe it when I switched to decaff and instantly slept soundly. Now I HAVE to keep off real coffee as the slightest amount affects me. Same goes for alcohol of course but I haven't quite managed to ditch that stuff yet .

That's interesting about how the coffee affected you Mark.
Glad you managed to sort it anyway.
