Good Morning Alan and All who call in here. Good photo Alan. Well done! The frost has gone from Waunarlwydd and it is now pouring with rain. I'm still suffering with bad side effects from my medication for high blood pressure. Irritation, really itchy and having to spend a penny frequently so I am stuck at home at the moment. Alan my Hubby had something similar to you on his face and had it treated in hospital. It has cleared up now! No sign of Sandra this morning I'll look for her on Facebook. Enjoy Thursday Everyone!

Good Afternoon All,
Had to wait in all morning for the plumber, to finish off Bathroom Wetroom........Now waiting for my Grocery Delivery, Hopefully get out soon ,pick up hubby's Meds, and buy some bits in town.......At least it's dry, and sunny, but Brrrrrrrr.

Wise choice to get a yearly check up with your dermotoligist. You get those moles early and you are good to go.

A bit of sad news for me this morning, my Mum is going into a Care Home tomorrow afternoon, its good for her as she needs 24hr. care, but I feel a bit sad about it.
