Think not as they start at a young age . Excluding some lazy men who like very large women , so they can slap them on the backside then just ride on the ripples

In my young day the town was full of them, flashers in Mac's wearing bra's and panties, many trying to get us kids in cars, and worse in toilets.
Still we survived without todays fuss.

There were no problems like that in my young days children were safe and out in the streets playing fron dawn 'til dusk every day come rain or shine. We would stand outside the public toilets crossing our legs and accosting passers by asking them for a penny so we could use the toilet, no one ever refused and when we had collected seven pence each we would be able to go to the local cinema and watch Abbot and Costello !
