I have been to Aberdeen on two occasions. I think the stores are quite good but no as good as the people.

Re: New clothes

I never seem to wear clothes out. I wear a uniform at work so find that I am more in it than any thing else. Shoes last me about 6 years and as I have over 6 pairs that's 30 years worth, I will not be able to stand in 30 years.

I also wear a uniform, so saves my clothes getting worn out. Then I feel more "dressed up" in my own clothes

Re: New clothes

Nowhere near me for clothes other than D Perkins, Matalan or M&S and you're limited with choice so if I wanted something special I would have to go around 15 miles to the nearest city.
M&S clothes are vile...

Can't see people on Oz having a problem finding clothes - absolutely beautiful clothing shops here.

I am lucky if my shoes last that long. My daily walks take a toll on them as I walk badly!

But are you in Oz or UK Alice? You're lucky to have good shops nearby though.

You probably won't believe this ladies, but I've never heard of Joe Brown - only the singer from donkeys years ago! Is it an online shop or high street?
