In Ireland this is a huge problem because you have to pay to take anything to a dump except for paper, bottles and tins. Fly tipping everywhere marring the countryside and sea. I really miss the very efficient and convenient place we had in Yorkshire where you could take absolutely anything and it would be categorised and put in the appropriate skip by very helpful guys.
