Yep, the old comb over in the hope that nobody notices.

I'd much prefer to see a man totally bald than have a comb over, or a thin rim of hair around the head. Bald is more beautiful than just a few strands.

How do you tell a man is very very old?
What defines very very old?, there is old, very old, but what is very very old. I would guess if very very old exists, someone else would be tucking the gentleman's shirt into his undies for him, the gentleman himself probably not caring about the visual impact this has on the onlookers.

Well, there is old, very old, very very old, ancient and fossil.
However, it doesn't really matter what the definition is because it was only a light hearted question.
