Upstairs gits finished my day off nicely by being extra noisy when getting in late, so when I heard a loud thump on my bedroom ceiling I got the mallet and gave two strong whacks back!!! By 12.45 I was taking paracetamols to help me sleep, having already taken a Diazapam during late evening. My heart was racing...

You're absolutely right, Meg! I have days when I struggle.

Can rest today. Though I got up with the alarm this morning, plans have been shelved due to bad weather on its way, so my day is my own. Phew.

It must be so annoying living in a downstairs flat with a noisy upstairs neighbour. It would drive me mad!!
