Re: New gym member
Well done again Susan you are doing well, it takes effort but now you are in the groove there will be no stopping you.. Don't worry about all that too much good living stuff, its the best bit! If you keep training think how easier it will be to lift that wine!Re: New gym member
Susan, how enjoyable it is to read that you undertaking this new activity. Your attitude is wonderful, and I look forward to your updates and gym reports. I have a "dreadmill" at home that I use when I can't go out to run (weather, sick daughter, etc.), so I know how much a little bit of music can make walking/running more like dancing and less like a hamster mill. Brilliant on your part!Re: New gym member
Yes I'm still going and now moved onto other machines that resemble some form of torture . Twice a week and keep saying I'll go three times a week in the winter but don't keep me to that . The personal trainer is lovely eye candy as he makes me and karen do warm up squats , I'm dreadin if he tells me to do sit ups . Having had two frozen shoulders due to my career I'm trying to get more stretch and strength back in my arms and neck .Re: New gym member
