Our middle daughter was driving her two lads, whom she home schools, to their French lesson this afternoon, when they witnessed a nasty accident. A car crashed head on into a large lorry. She immediately stopped her car to see if she could assist, whilst other cars were driving passed the accident at speed. A man and woman got out of the car, which was now beginning to smoke, and started wandering in the middle of the road in shock. Our girl realised there was a baby in back of the car and tried to open the back doors but couldn't as they were damaged in the crash. She got into the front and with more force than she would have liked to use dragged the baby out of the car in case it exploded. She was worried she might have hurt the baby, but the paramedics reassured her. Our girl said she couldn't believe that other car drivers were behaving like such idiots until the police arrived and closed the road!
You have every right to be proud - very well done to your girl !!

Well done to your daughter, Comeandgo ... very brave of her to go back to the car and rescue the baby.
