Pork pie - brown sauce and a piece of cheese. Cut the pie from top to bottom to make four quarters and separate slightly. Put the brown sauce in the gap between the pieces then squeeze the pieces together so that the sauce pushes its way up the pie.
Haute Cuisine at its best.
Steak and kidney pie or a suet crust - onion gravy.
