Hawkwind objected to the original cover and came up with what was an inferior design IMO. I did the Take Me To Your Future artwork for Hawkwind. They suggested the front cover, but I had to rework the original painting. Did a couple of other things as well. Difficult band to work for. Bill Bruford was easier and that's saying something.
