Good morning everyone
it is very dark today. I want to do some food shopping mainly for things to cook for the family . More hot and spicy pickled cabbage is require, the baby twins like it with their chilli, they eat anything .
I have also promised the family a malt loaf and mince pies this week.

Good morning, cold here today I've put the heating on.Bit of washing to do, very muddy walking at the weekend looks like various pairs of jeans can stand on their own. Bit of baking making cheesy biscuits and starting on a birthday cake. I'll do the sponge and Steven will decorate it. Making a garden shed complete with tools and flowers around the door. That's the plan.
Got to go to work earlier today because they have a meeting at 8pm and I need to be out of the way by then. So early night for us tonight.

Good afternoon all. Yet again the morning flew by. Bedding changed and washing basket emptied. It's like a chinese laundry. Tried to get in touch with the podiatrist up the town but it seemed to be constantly engaged so decided to walk up instead. I've never contemplated having anyone doing my feet but needs must. With my back as it is I couldn't manage properly. I'm OK mooching around doing things but getting that done will have to be OK for this time. When I try to bend to put socks on is bad enough. I get cramp across my middle. I'm told by my sister who was a nurse that its all to do with the sciatica. The odd thing is that I'm fine just pottering round.|
