Bull huss and spurdog are good eating, that is what you get in the fish and chip shops.

Dogfish are horrible, smell of ammonia, like cat pee.

Wrong to waste them though, should go into garden fertiliser.

The fish in the picture is a Lesser Spotted Dogfish not a Bullhuss although of the same family, the LSD as it is known in the fish world is much smaller than a Bullhuss but both are good eating fish.

It's always a mystery to me why we don't respect the lives of animals that are working so hard just to survive. It's damning evidence against the "good" of our species.
