Oh yes the rebooting is a problem too, main difficulty is multiple entries of each item no one can figure that out. Eg each site seems to have been set up with double the machines or even one amazing case 7 times the actual number of machines. And it won't let them move on to next job before they do all the machines. Cheap refurbished rubbish I'm afraid.

They can be a complete hassle actually, Julie. Especially if more than one user is still logged on when the bloody things crash. It takes ages contacting the powers-that-be to get it all sorted!

Congrats from me too Julie glad he got through it, I used to use one of those it used to give me my jobs , but was also a phone and internet too, complete nightmare, especially as it used to crash regularly, usually at the end of the day, it was the size of a brick and eventually snapped the hands free mount in the van, the firm allowed us to use them for private phone use, but the thing was so damn heavy it was no good to be carried around, plus the phone used to cut out mid conversation, if your oh was having nightmares before, you ain't seen nothing yet
