had some terrible news, a good friend of our has died. We first got to know Jackie and Ray way back in 1973 as we both bought a puppy Afghan Hound from the same litter. Since then we have been in constant touch and visited each other even though we are hours of driving apart. they are going to have a inquest as she has had hip replacement recently and several other health problems. This all points towards a blood clot . It has really puled Sue and I down as we were such good friend and Ray naturally is devestated.

Susie, Coco is a very unusual cat, I have never known one that is prepared to jump into water.

The only cats I know who like water are Bengals and Abyssinians.

Yes Coco often jumps in my bath, I have to make sure its cold enough for her, and she loves being dried with the towel and brushed, the only thing she doesn't like is washing her bum if she has had toilet problems. Perhaps bathing is a Ragdoll thing.

All of mine were strays but 4 of them always come home if it starts to rain. The one that doesn't gets wet, but only because he is so dim that he hasn't realized the rain will still wet him, even if he does hide in the long grass so I usually have to towel dry him.

I have just looked up Ragdolls on the Internet and it does say, that Ragdolls like water, going into your Shower or Bath.
