Hey I'm 56 !!!!
Having said that , following a lifetime of army and running /sporting type activities I've always been 'fit' and so what if the 6 pack departed years ago ... It wasn't replaced with a 'keg' . I still fit clothes/leathers I bought nearly 20 years ago and apart from greying hair I'm not really much different today than I've ever been
