How can a woman who has lived through all the momentous events of the 20th Century like you, be bored ? You could always start some threads on here telling us all about the Zeppelin raids in the First World War or what you wore in the roaring twenties.

One of the reasons why I renewed my interest in photography was for an interest when I retired.

So if I get bored it just means getting the photos out stored on the computer and tweeking them which keeps me busy.

here here i second that call roll on retirement i got a good way to go yet though
